Procurement and Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Procurement and Accounts Payable Specialist.
This role is responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process, from receipt of invoices to payment processing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Invoice Processing: Responsible for receiving, verifying, and processing invoices in a timely manner.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies.
- Cash Application: Accurately apply cash receipts to outstanding invoices and reconcile bank statements.
- Accounts Payable Administration: Perform various administrative tasks related to accounts payable, including data entry and document management.
You will be working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the process.
