Software Quality Assurance Role Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of our software solutions by executing test plans, managing manual test cases, and working closely with development teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Test Execution, Manual Testing, and Test Cases, as well as proficiency in Quality Assurance and Software Testing. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute comprehensive test plans and manage manual test cases to ensure seamless execution.
  • Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve quality issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in Test Execution, Manual Testing, and Test Cases.
  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Extensive knowledge of SPM/ICM, preferably with experience in Callidus, Xactly, Varicent, or SPIFF.
