Design Experience Innovator

We are seeking a talented Design Experience Innovator to join our team. As a key member of our founding team, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience across our product platform.

About the Role
You will take ownership of designing and building clean, intuitive flows in Flutter (mobile) and VueJS (web). You will work closely with our engineering team from concept through to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Designing and building user interfaces for our mobile and web applications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
- Developing and maintaining a scalable design system for future growth

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in frontend or full-stack engineering
- Strong portfolio of shipped UI/UX work
- Comfortable taking a feature from wireframe through to production-ready

Bonus
If you have fintech experience, Flutter/VueJS experience, or both, that's a plus
