Job Overview

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of civil, interior work, and MEP works, managing a team size of 20 engineers and supervisors, ensuring the quality of building materials, and identifying defects.

Responsibilities include inspecting interior fit out, finishes, FF&E, loose furniture, and comparing it with drawings and specifications. You will also monitor and report work progress to senior management, assist the Site team & Co-ordinate with project teams for verification, validation, and certification of bills.

Additional duties include preparing snag lists, following up with contractors to de-snag, and ensuring handing over to operations personnel. You will co-ordinate with vendors' sub-contractors and suppliers for the quality of works at site.

Key skills required include strong leadership abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of AUTOCAD & MS PROJECT is mandatory.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 14 to 17 years' experience as Project and Construction Manager in Civil & Interior works execution
  • Managed a team size of 20 nos of Engineers & Supervisors
  • Experienced in Stone Cladding of Façade both Wet & Dry Cladding
  • Working knowledge of AUTOCAD & MS PROJECT
