Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and leads to understand conversion likelihood and reasons.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster relationships with leads through calls, chats, and other channels.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Hub Work's products and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Sales Pitch Customization: Customize sales presentations to address unique customer needs.
  • Closing Deals: Use persuasive skills to close sales deals and overcome objections.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track leads, opportunities, and performance.
  • Achieving Targets: Work towards sales targets and quotas, and regularly report progress to the sales team lead.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams for a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Stay informed about industry trends and adapt to changes in products, processes, or market conditions.

Preferred Qualifications: Women and those with prior healthcare inside sales experience are preferred.
