We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Systems Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and enforcing privacy policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement privacy policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the security of our systems and data.
- Support the execution of information security and privacy inherent to new engagements.
- Identify technological opportunities and evaluate the information security and privacy impacts on end points.
- Prevent/deter theft and fraud through physical presence and engagement.
- Participate in security audits and vulnerability assessments across all digital platforms.
- Perform functional tests of new security tools, provide test results and feedback to internal teams and vendors.
- Direct emergency response personnel to areas of incident.
- Analyse security data to identify trends and recommend proactive measures.
- Work independently and as part of a team to maintain system security.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience in IT Security – Data Loss Prevention.
- Committed to reliable and consistent attendance.
- Basic understanding of behavioural safety strategies.
- Good understanding of cloud security platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Management of multiple OEMs & vendors in large complex environments.
- Credentialed or trained in cyber and privacy (e.g., CISSP) preferred.
- Credentialed or trained in CCNA, routing and switching, security.
