Job Description

We are seeking a skilled mechanical designer to spearhead innovative product development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in concept design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop cutting-edge mechanical concepts and designs based on client requirements, technical specifications, and industry standards.
  • Lead the concept design phase, transforming ideas and rough sketches into detailed 3D models using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Solid Edge.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, including stress analysis, material selection, and cost estimation, to ensure designs are viable and meet project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are practical and efficiently produced.
  • Generate detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Perform design reviews, assess potential design risks, and implement necessary improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are competitive.
  • Provide technical support during the prototype development phase and participate in testing and validation of new designs.
  • Prepare and present design proposals and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-12 years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong emphasis on concept design.
