We are seeking a highly motivated Apprentice Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing control valves and their accessories.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test control valves and their accessories in accordance with established procedures.

  • Perform pre-job duties, including machine inspection and tester condition checks.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

  • Vouchering worked hours applicable to the manufacturing activity assigned.

  • Prepare control valves and their sub-assembly parts for shipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

  • Comply with shop floor policies related to working shifts, lunch breaks, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.

• Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

  • The ability to read and understand work instructions/procedures is essential.

  • A can-do attitude and basic awareness of 5S & Lean Manufacturing principles are necessary.

  • You must be able to report safety, quality, and route issues to the supervisor.

  • Adherence to Baker Hughes HSE policies and Legal Compliance requirements is mandatory.
