Job Title: Language Specialist

Rosetta is a translation system that provides high-quality real-time translations on the messaging platform, enabling customer service teams to resolve customer issues regardless of language.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for a skilled Language Specialist to support our CS Rosetta Operations team in delivering exceptional service to customers while utilizing Rosetta.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with our team to identify and address translation errors, ensuring seamless communication between our customers and our service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support CS Rosetta Operations in resolving customer issues through effective translation management.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop solutions for mining and analysis requests, culture and communication training requests, and other ad-hoc requests.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Proficient in French and English, with language proficiency demonstrated in writing, reading, and comprehension at C1-C2 Advanced Diploma level.
