Job Title: Appointment Setter

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for speaking with pre-qualified leads and booking consultations for licensed agents across the U.S.

You will work fully from home with performance coaching and career growth opportunities. Our appointment setting team is a brand-new group within the life and health insurance industry, and this is your chance to be part of the founding group.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Make 150–200 outbound calls per day to warm leads using our dialer and CRM.
  • Follow a scripted format to educate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Input detailed notes and statuses into the CRM after each call.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly booking goals.
  • Participate in coaching sessions and team meetings.
The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you should have strong English communication skills, spoken and written, as well as the ability to handle objections. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated with a focus on achieving results.

Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus, but not required. We offer training provided by top performers in the insurance industry, so we encourage candidates without experience to apply.
