Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned software professional to lead our training program. This role is perfect for an experienced developer who wants to share knowledge and expertise with the next generation of developers through structured classroom sessions.

This is a full-time, on-site teaching position in Bhubaneswar - remote work is not applicable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging classroom sessions (Mon/Wed/Fri format) covering front-end foundations, back-end development, databases, DevOps & Deployment, software engineering practices, and more.
  • Guide students through hands-on practical projects and real-world applications.
  • Provide expert mentorship, code reviews, and feedback aligned with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with our curriculum team to enhance content and teaching materials.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a senior software engineer.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React.js, and SQL/Databases.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, Cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Git workflows, testing frameworks, design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or corporate instructor.
  • Exposure to Agile practices, microservices, and security best practices.
