Global Trade Finance Specialist

As a seasoned Financial Operator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting trade execution teams across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with international teams on financial, administrative, and logistical tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including bank schedules, commercial invoices, and contractual paperwork.
- Issue import Letters of Credit (LCs) to suppliers, review incoming LCs, and request amendments as necessary.
- Manage invoicing for paper and physical trades, including proforma invoices.
- Maintain Statements of Accounts and assist with month-end closing activities.
- Follow up on payables, receivables, and accruals.
- Update systems with accurate stock movements and ensure precise matching.
- Handle Know Your Customer (KYC) and sanction clearance processes.
- Project LC and cash flow requirements.
- Prepare stock reports and coordinate the release of Delivery Orders (D/O).
- Compile traceability reports and manage cargo insurance and charterers liability declarations.
- Process LOI cancellations.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all financial, administrative, and logistical operations are executed efficiently and effectively.
