Experience Designer Needed

We're looking for a visionary experience designer who can create best-in-class experiences across various user journeys within our platform.

You'll define the strategy and vision for integrating AI-driven features and collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to design intuitive and engaging experiences that help revenue teams succeed.

  • You will lead the design process for AI-powered features, from concept to delivery, defining the user experience, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate automated workflows, insights, and actions seamlessly across multiple touchpoints in the product experience.
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions and create scalable, AI-enhanced analytics solutions for B2B SaaS.
  • Create frameworks and patterns that enable consistent visualization approaches across different feature areas and user journeys.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving, preferably with experience designing AI products.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrate systems thinking that connects individual data visualizations to create a coherent, end-to-end experience.
  • Strategically build consensus and trust across diverse stakeholders with competing priorities.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tool like Bolt is required. Experience with front-end tech stacks is a plus. A link to your portfolio is mandatory to be considered for this role.
