Job Overview

The Team Lead – Subtitling Coordination is a pivotal role that oversees the subtitling coordination process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team members, schedule work, ensure utilization and performance, and monitor projects.
  • Lead and supervise Localization Coordinators.
  • Set clear objectives and align team members with the team's vision.
  • Communicate expectations, goals, and feedback to the group.
  • Liaise with Translator Support team for linguist pool health and capacity planning.
  • Identify and address conflicts early.
  • Maintain team morale, attrition, development, and coaching.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1s.
  • Drive HR processes and policies within the team.
  • Manage productivity, volume, leave planning, business continuity, and succession planning.
  • Ensure project deadlines and goals are met.
  • Generate reports on team performance, track KPIs, and SLAs.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree required.
  • Excellent English language command.
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen interest in media industry preferred.
