Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of equipment, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Installation and Commissioning: The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and commissioning equipment as per appointment and guidelines.
  2. Customer Service: They will demonstrate and explain clearly the advantages of HSI PPP to customers, support them for upgrade solutions required in Home and Security, and troubleshoot issues faced by the customers at their premises.

Requirements:

  • Education: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate or pursuing ITI.
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in a related field.

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand and explain problems along with solutions.
  2. Communication Skills: Good communication skills.
  3. Teamwork Skills: Ability to manage relationships and work in teams.
