Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Community Relations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing community relations strategies to foster positive relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and government officials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community relations plans to promote the company's interests and values
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local communities, government officials, and business partners
  • Conduct regular outreach and engagement activities to ensure that the company's interests are represented and understood
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address community concerns and issues

Requirements:

Post-Graduation in Social Work/ Social Sciences/ Rural Management. 10+ Years of relevant experience in planning, monitoring and having direct experience of working with communities at grass root level.
