**Job Title: Guitar Facilitator**
We are seeking a skilled educator to join our team of experienced music instructors. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching music and be able to engage students in a fun and creative environment.
As a Guitar Facilitator, you will be responsible for teaching children from the age group of 4 to 14 online. You will ensure that students enjoy the course, engage, encourage, and motivate them to reach their goals. You will also evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
The successful candidate will have:
- A formal education in Music (Guitar)
- Strong knowledge of music theory and sheet music
- Strong subject knowledge
- Experience in teaching Guitar
- Relevant teaching experience (1+ years)
- Comfortable in teaching children
- Passion for making learning fun
