About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape and scale our recently created Enterprise Architecture team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing architecture transparency, creating mechanisms to identify technical debt, and facilitating the creation of architecture standards.

This role offers a unique opportunity to transform how professionals work in legal, tax, accounting, compliance, government, and media by leveraging cloud-native technologies and Generative AI initiatives.

  • Enhance architecture transparency by documenting current architectures, technology stacks, and challenges with application teams.
  • Create mechanisms to identify, report, and manage technical debt.
  • Foster the adoption of architecture standards by collaborating with product- and platform engineering architects.
  • Define ways of working and improve enterprise architecture processes using modern cloud technologies and Generative AI.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise or IT architecture, with a focus on documenting current architectures, developing target architectures, and managing application portfolios.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, translate customer needs into architecture standards, and design enterprise-level IT solutions.
  • Proficiency in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
