Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to join our team. As an Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Fusion Tax.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Fusion Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio, as well as familiarity with Oracle Application Composer and workflow configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules
  • Functional Consulting: Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders, perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions, and prepare functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations
  • Testing & Deployment: Develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases, support production cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Data Migration & Integration: Define and oversee financial data migration strategies and collaborate with technical teams for integrations using FBDI, Web Services, and OTBI
  • Training & Documentation: Conduct user training and prepare user manuals, provide ongoing support, and troubleshoot issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2–3 years in Fusion Cloud, minimum one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation, and experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, banking, or public sector
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Fusion Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio, familiarity with Oracle Application Composer and workflow configurations, and strong communication and client-handling skills
