Facebook Ads Media Buyer

To succeed in this role, you must be highly analytical and have a strong understanding of numbers and logic. You will be managing and optimising large ad spends on Facebook and Instagram, building and scaling full-funnel campaigns, and using spreadsheets and dashboards to analyse performance.

You should have at least 1-2 years' experience running Facebook/Meta Ads with a proven track record. You must be able to take initiative, solve problems, and always ask: 'How can this perform better?'.

The ideal candidate will have an eye for what makes a scroll-stopping ad creative, be proficient in using tools for analysis and reporting, and have a clear understanding of key performance metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and how to optimise them.

  • Highly analytical and confident with maths
  • Ability to build smart spreadsheets for tracking performance, trends, and projections
  • Eye for what makes a scroll-stopping ad creative
  • At least 1-2 years' experience running Facebook/Meta Ads with a proven track record
  • Understanding of key performance metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS
