Job Overview
We are seeking a Center Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with students and parents to plan and organize educational pathways.About the Role
As a Center Manager, you will advise and mentor students from high school and private/public colleges on test preparation and assist with school/college/university application and visa processes. You will also provide educational counselling, including advice and support on studying abroad, test preparation for admission and overall admission application process.Key Responsibilities
1) Work closely with students and parents to plan and organize student's educational pathways2) Advise and mentor students on test preparation and assist with school/college/university application and visa processes.
3) Provide educational counselling, which includes advice and support on studying abroad, test preparation for admission and overall admission application process.
4) Fluency in English is required
5) Empathy and social skills are essential
6) Ability to identify problems and brainstorm potential solutions is necessary
7) Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
8) Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members is essential
9) Careful documentation and note-taking skills are necessary
