Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this quality assurance role.

About Position:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in C#, Specflow, Nunit, Cucumber, SQL etc.

  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing, developing and executing automated test scripts using C#, Specflow/Nunit, Cucumber, SQL, Reqnroll (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual testing, including integration, functional, and regression testing of web applications
  • Write and analyze complex SQL queries for data validation and backend testing
  • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test execution logs, and manage the defect lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Use GitHub for version control and collaboration on test artifacts and automation scripts
  • Mentor junior resources
  • Ensure adherence to QA best practices and standards

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL - ability to write and understand complex queries
  • Solid experience in manual testing, including integration, functional, and regression testing
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and workflows
  • Working knowledge of GitHub for version control
  • Understanding of SDLC, defect tracking, and QA documentation
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
