Job Title: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize production processes on various machine tools.
  • Supervise and guide operators to achieve productivity targets.
  • Ensure a smooth workflow and efficient utilization of equipment and personnel.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings for production execution.
  • Monitor machining operations and maintain quality standards.
  • Perform regular inspections and checks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (CIP, KAIZEN, Quality Control Tools, Core Tools, ISO/AS9100D standards).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
  • Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of machining principles.
  • Expertise in process setting and optimization.
  • Good understanding of engineering drawings and dimensional analysis.
  • Knowledge of inspection methods and quality control procedures.
  • Exposure to CIP, Kaizen, Quality Control tools, and ISO/AS9100D compliance.
  • Ability to lead, supervise, and train machine operators effectively.
