Data Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Transformation Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining PL/SQL scripts and procedures to facilitate data transformations and integrations. They will utilize ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, or DataStage to conduct transformation activities and ensure data quality. Additionally, they will monitor and enhance data quality through validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PL/SQL scripts and procedures for data transformations and integrations.
  • Utilize ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, or DataStage to conduct transformation activities.
  • Monitor and enhance data quality through validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes.
  • Manage and optimize SQL Server databases to support robust and efficient data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data warehousing (DW) and business intelligence (BI) solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with PL/SQL programming and database management.
  • Expertise in ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, or DataStage.
  • Strong knowledge of data quality principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server and experience in database administration.
  • Understanding of data warehousing (DW) and business intelligence (BI) concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
