We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Interior Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing automotive seating systems and components that meet the highest standards of ergonomics and seating comfort.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive high performance within the team.
- Generating ideas for better performance, quality improvement, and cost reduction while driving innovation.
- Designing and developing automotive seating systems and components aligning with ergonomics and seating standards.
- Proficient in Plastic/Trim Part design of various parts such as fender, fairing assembly, seats, etc., and performing virtual simulation for part design, reporting takeaways from it.
