Financial AI Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial AI Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge tools for financial research.

  • Develop LLM-powered agents to automate research and analysis tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
  • Create search pipelines and RAG systems for financial data, leveraging expertise in machine learning and data science.
  • Deploy production-ready solutions on cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with analysts and AI engineers to ship features used by real-world analysts, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience in software/AI engineering, with a strong foundation in programming languages such as Python or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack), enabling seamless integration and deployment.
  • Experience with search and RAG pipelines, including keyword and vector embeddings, to deliver precise and relevant results.
  • A GitHub portfolio or projects demonstrating hands-on GenAI builds, showcasing creativity and problem-solving skills.
