Business Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant to drive the success of our Workforce Management product across regions for a leading global client.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Workforce Management, with skills in Retail Knowledge, Work force management (Refelxis), ADO Experience, Backlog creation and tracking, and Delivery Management.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Workforce Management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
