Job Description: Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead the evolution of our global logistics and freight forwarding technology platform. This dynamic role offers the chance to shape the technological foundation and future of a company committed to digitizing and streamlining supply chain operations worldwide.

As a visionary leader, you will take the reins of a well-established product-centric software organization, leading strategic technology initiatives, scaling high-performing teams, and delivering impactful digital solutions that drive customer success and market leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology. Experience in logistics tech, freight forwarding systems or transportation/supply chain software is also essential.

Responsibilities include:
  • Defining and articulating a forward-looking technology vision that aligns with long-term product and business goals.
  • Owning the technical roadmap, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and innovation are embedded across all platforms.
