Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and measurable results.
  • Team Collaboration & Communication: Liaise between development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders, promoting open communication and visibility into project progress.
  • Coach & Guide Agile Practices: Mentor teams in Scrum practices, Agile principles, and values, fostering continuous improvement and optimizing team efficiency.
  • Manage Sprint Backlog & Project Progress: Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-defined product backlog, tracking team progress, and ensuring proper workload balancing.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status and progress updates to external and internal stakeholders, managing risks, dependencies, and changes for project success.
Requirements
  • 7+ Yrs of experience in Scrum and Agile Management in large enterprises.
  • SAFe Certificate / Scrum Master / PMP Certification.
  • Project Management Experience.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
