Senior Finance Associate

Our organization is seeking an experienced Finance Professional to assume a pivotal role in our financial operations. This position will be responsible for providing key support to the finance department, ensuring seamless financial management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and manage MIS (Management Information Systems) to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to design and implement financial models to assess business performance.

Cash Flow & Budget Management:

  • Oversee cash flow management to optimize liquidity.
  • Prepare and track budgets to maintain financial stability.
  • Recommend measures to enhance cost-efficiency and sustainability.

Support Strategic Initiatives:

  • Work closely with the finance manager to execute key strategic activities, including fundraising efforts.
  • Develop comprehensive financial projections and pitch decks for investors and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and investors.

Process Optimization:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Team Collaboration:

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior finance staff on day-to-day tasks and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in financial software, strong knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting, as well as exceptional analytical skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
