Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including statutory compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

This role requires strong attention to detail, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to support audits and management reporting while ensuring timely closure of accounts and compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Manage bookkeeping and accounting activities.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, follow up on collections, process vendor payments, and manage payables as per agreed terms.
  • Perform ledger reconciliations (banks, accounts receivable, accounts payable), conduct monthly GSTR-2B reconciliation, and coordinate with vendors for pending filings.
  • Ensure timely payment and filing of statutory dues (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
  • Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, resolve queries, and provide required documentation.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of provisions of the Income Tax Act and Companies Act applicable to companies.
  • Work effectively on Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books.
  • Handle additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, statutory compliances, and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
