Key Responsibilities:
  • Brainstorm, create, and implement engaging social media strategies that connect with the audience including graphics, reels, carousels, stories, and written posts.
  • Develop, manage, and execute our end-to-end social media strategy across platforms.
  • Create and curate high-quality, creative, and trend-driven content.
  • Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and interactive stories.
  • Track and analyse key metrics and provide performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments and day-to-day life using a camera or phone.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (internships/freelance included).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Passion for social media, storytelling, and content creation.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Creative thinker with strong content writing and visual storytelling skills.
  • Aware of emerging trends, meme culture, and viral formats.
