Software Engineer Lead

This role involves participating in a collaborative team responsible for designing, developing, testing, and documenting software solutions across various business sectors. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to leverage their previous experience to drive innovation in processes and technologies used to maintain and develop software systems.

Key responsibilities include supporting internal customers through timely and concise communication, leading and advising teams on technical solutions, and designing, implementing, and testing software features and enhancements on a two-week sprint cadence.

The ideal candidate must be able to work with and in environments such as Microsoft Visual Studio 2022, C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, RESTful Services, Angular, WPF, WCF, Azure DevOps, Microsoft SQL Server, and T-SQL. Additionally, they should possess skills in client/server design, multi-tier design, object-oriented methodologies, schema design, connectivity methodologies, GUI design development, agile and waterfall practices (SCRUM/Kanban/SaFE).

To succeed in this role, the candidate must demonstrate strong math and/or engineering background, adhere to the company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics Standards, exhibit strong organizational skills, and possess the ability to mentor and train teams on technical solutions.

The following qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years programming experience in .NET, C#, .NET Core, Angular, SQL, Azure DevOps Cloud
  • C# or other high-level language is recommended
  • 5 years of experience with Business Process Automation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
