Senior Business Systems Analyst

The position of Senior Business Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in guiding project teams towards achieving quality deliverables. This key leadership function requires strategic planning, effective resource allocation, and meticulous review of work products to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
This role serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and Information Services (I.S.), driving collaboration and fostering seamless communication.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging industry best practices, trends, tools, methodologies, emerging technologies, and techniques.
- Liaise with senior management and stakeholders to establish and implement processes enhancing efficiency and improving work products for the enterprise.
- Foster a high-performing team by providing guidance, support, and mentorship to junior team members.
- Maintain the team backlog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of project requirements.
- Develop User Stories from stakeholder feedback and requirements, prioritizing tasks accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Agile development lifecycle initiatives.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- Excellent problem-solving skills, enabling them to anticipate and mitigate risks effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile Methodologies and SAFe Agile practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with exceptional communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with TFS are essential.
Candidates with experience in Project Place and FIGMA will be viewed favorably.
A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in a similar role is required, preferably in a middle-tier or senior/lead capacity.
