Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Manager

About the Role:

  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of all tools, equipment, and facilities.
  • Maintain inventory and purchase orders log.
  • Inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
  • Operate power lift and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support team to reach common goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance and Upkeep: Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of all tools, equipment, and facilities.
  2. Inventorizing and Logging: Maintain inventory and purchase orders log.
  3. Quality Control: Inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
  4. Safety Protocols: Operate power lift and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  5. Guest Services: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  6. Teamwork: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support team to reach common goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
  • Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
