Accounts Payable Associate Job Description

As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing company invoices and end-to-end financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process supplier invoices
  2. Investigate daily supplier invoice disputes
  3. Run reports in Excel and action open queries
  4. Reconcile Supplier statements and dispute handling
  5. Archive documents in line with country legislation
  6. Work closely with business development managers, product specialists, and vendor contacts
  7. Manage the pipeline for opportunities within defined criteria and accounts base
  8. Support your accounts on queries
  9. Develop working relationships with vendor personnel
  10. Take responsibility for self-development in both product knowledge and job competencies, achieving all objectives setYou Will Thrive in This Role If:

    Requirements:
    1. Fluency in English (Spoken & Written)
    2. Fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems and processes
    3. Great attention to detail and multitasking
    4. Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables)
    5. Numerate with accounting knowledge and adept with Supply chain management accounting (preferably Electronic industry)
