As a Growth Head for Liabilities and Payments, you will be responsible for:
- Driving the adoption and engagement of liabilities and payment products across customer segments.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to craft and execute a strategy that drives customer value, grows liabilities, and enhances payments.
- Being the P&L owner of growing and shaping the liabilities book of the Digital Bank, increasing conversion from target bases, driving adoption among new/existing consumers, and improving the penetration of liabilities and payments business.
You will work closely with Bank's product, analytics, and digital marketing team to design targeted campaigns basis customer persona and targeted digital outreach. Additionally, you will collaborate with Campaigns, Analytics, and Overall Portfolio teams to drive efforts on driving conversion funnel.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of consumer/banking/fintech products & journeys, industry trends, and experience in competitor research, analysis, and industry benchmarking.
