Quality Assurance Engineer

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in manual testing and automation testing.
  • Expertise in functional, regression, integration, compatibility, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with database testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright/Testcafe.
  • Hands-on experience with GIT/GIT Hub.
  • Ability to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with defect management tools like Test Rail, Test Link & Jira.
  • Good experience with Agile methodologies.
  • API testing using Postman.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Well-versed with sdlc (software development life cycle) and stlc (software testing life cycle).
  • Work closely with the agile team across all phases of a project.
  • Participate and contribute effectively to daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams.
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
  • Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
  • Execution of all testing activities and documentation related to the testing process.
