About Our Finance Operations

We're looking for a skilled Cash Reconciliation Specialist to join our dynamic Reconciliation team. As a key member of our finance operations, you'll be responsible for performing daily cash reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cash reconciliations for assigned accounts, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
  • Review and update reconciliation reports to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support the Reconciliation team with data entry, transaction processing, and reconciliation exception monitoring.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to established KPIs and SLAs for reconciliation processes.
  • Evaluate unresolved issues and escalate them to the Senior Officer or Manager for further investigation.
  • Develop and document processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of reconciliation procedures and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of reconciliation processes and financial principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
