About this role: A leading AI consulting firm is looking for a Data Insights Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance across different user segments and channels using data analytics tools.
  • Develop advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design and maintain data pipelines that process large datasets for analytical purposes.
  • Build complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data for insights.
  • Create interactive dashboards to visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics.
  • Design A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes on growth metrics.
  • Partner with client teams to optimize campaigns and identify growth features.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis.
  • Advanced experience with data visualization tools and cloud platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Deep understanding of data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.

Preferred Skills:

  • Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field.
  • Experience with machine learning techniques and customer behavior modeling.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and their impact on analytics.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
