Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Team Leader to oversee our insulation projects.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the petrochemical, petroleum refining, or power generation industry and be able to manage teams effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of six years of experience in insulation work.
  • Possession of a higher secondary education and completion of an ITI course or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of various types of insulation work, including hot, cold, acoustic, GRP, foam injection, etc.
  • Ability to read and understand method statements, ITP documents, JSA, Isometric drawings, P&ID/PEFS.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain daily reports and logs.
  • Knowledge of manpower handling, material stock verification, and maintaining quality control.
  • Permit holder certification for obtaining and renewing work permits.
