Senior Generative AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Generative AI Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Develop AI Models: Utilize machine learning frameworks and programming languages to create architectures, algorithms, and data models for generative AI.
  2. Implement AI Models: Integrate AI models into existing systems and applications using software development principles.
  3. Work with LLMs and other AI Technologies: Leverage tools like LangChain, Haystack, and prompt engineering to develop and deploy AI models.
  4. Data Preprocessing and Analysis: Prepare and analyze large datasets to support the development of AI models.
  5. Collaborate with Other Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders.
  6. Test and Deploy AI Models: Evaluate model performance and deploy to production environments ensuring scalability and reliability.
  7. Monitor and Optimize AI Models: Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to optimize model performance.
  8. Stay Up-to-Date with Latest Advancements: Continuously learn about new techniques, models, and frameworks in the field of generative AI.
Required Skills:
  • Strong Programming Skills in Python: Proficiency in Python programming language and experience with popular libraries and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs: Understanding of fundamental concepts and ability to apply them effectively.
  • Experience with RAG Pipelines and Vector Databases: Familiarity with building and integrating retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AI Frameworks and Libraries: Knowledge of popular AI frameworks and libraries including LangChain and Haystack.
  • Understanding of Prompt Engineering and Tokenization: Ability to craft effective prompts and manage tokenization for optimal results.
  • Experience in Integrating and Fine-Tuning AI Models: Proven track record of deploying and maintaining AI models in production environments.
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.
Optional Skills:
  • Experience with Cloud Computing Platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure): Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and experience with deployment and management.
  • Familiarity with MLOps Practices: Understanding of MLOps best practices and experience with model deployment and maintenance.
  • Experience with DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps principles and experience with automation and continuous integration.
