Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all accounts current, including inventory, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards, process purchase orders, bills, vendor credits, and reconcile vendor accounts
  • Prepare estimates, invoices, credit memos, and reconcile customer accounts
  • Calculate, report, and remit sales taxes and royalties
  • Perform general accrual accounting tasks
  • Monitor budgets and cash flow to ensure financial stability
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Skills in Google Suite and Teamwork.com knowledge
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Sign and Inventory management tools (SKU Vault)
  • Understanding of Shipstation

Qualifications for the role include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, proficient accounting practices, and excellent communication skills.
