We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Staff Engineer.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to envision and deliver comprehensive solutions that drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in Java, Spring Framework, and Microservices Architecture.
  • Familiarity with SQL and knowledge of other NoSQL and modern database technologies.
  • Experience in SOA based architecture, Web Services, Apache Kafka, and front-end development using TypeScript and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience deploying applications to hosted data centers or cloud environments using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • A good understanding of UML and design patterns.
Responsibilities
  • Writing and reviewing high-quality code.
  • Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing client needs.
  • Envisioning overall solutions for defined functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
  • Leading/supporting UAT and production roll outs.
  • Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given modules/tasks.
  • Addressing issues promptly and responding positively to setbacks and challenges.
