Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Visual Animation Specialist to join our team in the Fintech space. This role is focused on creating engaging and user-friendly animations that drive motion design strategy across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of animation principles, user psychology, and storytelling techniques. They will be proficient in industry-standard tools such as Illustrator, After Effects, Rive, and Lottie.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop motion design strategies to create purposeful animations that guide users and build trust.
  • Use storytelling and storyboarding techniques to craft user journeys and create scalable animation systems within our Design System.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers for seamless execution of animation projects.
  • Conduct A/B testing of motion variants and integrate learnings while ensuring motion accessibility best practices.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and After Effects.
  • Experience with consumer mobile apps at scale.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, user psychology, and storytelling techniques.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
