Detail-Oriented Retoucher

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Retoucher and Project Coordinator. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality retouched images while ensuring timely project delivery.

• Responsibilities:
• Perform high-quality image editing and retouching on e-commerce, fashion, and lifestyle images
• Review and quality assurance final images before client delivery to ensure consistency and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, editors, and team leads to manage timelines and project milestones
• Track daily workflows and flag potential delays or issues
• Document and enforce retouching SOPs and style guides
• Provide feedback to junior retouchers as needed

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong image editing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate projects across teams. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with global clients and regional team members.

• Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional photo retouching experience
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and image editing workflows
• Fluent in English
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Prior QA or project coordination experience is a strong asset
