We're looking for a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis expert to lead our FP&A team. With a focus on driving business growth, this role requires individuals with strong analytical skills and expertise in financial planning and analysis.

About the Role
  • Lead a large FP&A team, ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements-KPI & CPI
  • Develop yearly financial plans, monthly revenue forecasts, and cost line management, including head count, compensation grid, capacity optimization, efficiency targets, and utilization levels
  • Supervise team targets and budgets, perform course corrections against plan vs actual, present monthly financials and key financial levers to clients
  • Manage multiple partners, support metrics reporting for relevant processes, and be a people manager involved in hiring, structured learning paths, and operations mentorship for the team

Requirements
  • Minimum qualifications: CA Inter / ICWA Inter / Post Graduate / MBA Finance (B.Com Graduation)
  • Meaningful work experience
  • Preferred qualifications: Strong written and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle team and client discussions
