**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Expert Actimize Solutions Developer to join our team at Swift Strategic Staff Solutions INC.

**About the Role:**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their technical expertise and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions using Actimize Case Management software. As an Expert Actimize Solutions Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable applications that meet business requirements.

**Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Actimize Case Management solutions (ActOne/RCM) using Java plugins.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain efficient and scalable Actimize applications.
  • Optimize Actimize applications for performance and scalability.
  • Integrate Actimize with other systems and applications.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Actimize applications.

**Requirements:

  • Experience using NICE Actimize Case Management solution development (ActOne/RCM).
  • Hands-on experience with ActOne/RCM Java plugin development.
  • 4+ years of SQL experience.
  • 2+ years of experience writing code in Java applications and a strong understanding of the Java memory model.
  • 1+ years of cloud experience with platforms such as AWS, Azure, or PCF.
  • 2+ years of experience with test frameworks, capabilities, and tools like JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) with Cucumber/Gherkin.
  • 2+ years of enterprise experience with CI/CD implementation, configuration management, and orchestration tools like Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, and GitHub Actions.
  • 2+ years of experience with database platforms like MongoDB, Oracle DB, SQL Server, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience with Kafka.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

**What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.
