Chief Tax Compliance Officer

Job Description
- Manage all applicable tax returns, including GST, TDS, corporate income tax, and equalization levy.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual tax compliance calendars to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Review tax computations, reconciliations, and related workings prepared by the team or consultants to guarantee quality.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization, implementing necessary changes to compliance processes.
- Circulate technical memoranda summarizing findings and recommendations to Management on routine compliance hygiene checks.
- Supervise and mentor Tax Team members, providing training and guidance on tax issues to enhance their skills.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely filing of returns and tax reporting.
