We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience in developing and maintaining web applications.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, be well-versed in cloud infrastructure, and possess the ability to manage the entire software development life cycle.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and robust applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Python and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Implement scalable, reliable, and efficient back-end services and APIs.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Design and maintain databases, ensuring optimal performance, security, and integrity.
  • Write complex SQL queries, optimize database performance, and manage data migrations.
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
  • Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices in application development.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with Python and popular web frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.).
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Python.
  • Proven experience in building and deploying large-scale, high-traffic web applications.
  • Soft skills: strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently or in a team, excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., PyTest, Selenium).
  • Experience with performance optimization and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and methodologies.
